Strategy

As a part of the Understand Phase, stakeholder workshops and working sessions were conducted with the client team. These sessions helped identify site experiences that made users feel like they were shopping in a brick-and-mortar store, where their inventory methodology is focused on discovery and surprise.

30+ functionality concepts were developed to find an experience that would engage and resonate with the target audience. 9 concepts were narrowed down for testing, which included high-level functionally notes and sketches.
